- Delivery logs (when drafts were sent)
- Feedback you provide on weekly signals
- Customer dashboard activity
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide the service
- Generate personalised newsletter and LinkedIn drafts based on your profile
- Deliver drafts to your email inbox every Monday
- Refine your profile based on feedback
To improve the product
- Analyse aggregate feedback patterns (e.g., which signal types are most useful)
- Monitor delivery success rates
- Identify bugs or quality issues

- Send weekly signal deliveries

We do not: sell your data to third parties · train AI models on your drafts or profile · share your information with advertisers · use your content for any purpose other than delivering your service.
3. Data Storage and Security
Where data is stored
- Profile data and drafts are stored on secure cloud servers (Google Cloud Platform, UK region)
- Email delivery is processed via Gmail API (Google Workspace)
How we protect your data
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
- Encrypted data storage at rest
- Access controls — only authorised personnel can access user data
- Regular security audits
Data retention
- Active profiles: Stored while your subscription is active
- Past drafts: Retained for 12 months, then deleted
- Cancelled accounts: Data deleted within 30 days of cancellation
4. Data Sharing
We share data only when required by law (court order, legal obligation) or when you explicitly request it (e.g., exporting your data).
Third-party services we use
- Stripe: Payment processing (see Stripe's privacy policy)
- Google Workspace: Email delivery (see Google's privacy policy)
- Google Cloud Platform: Data storage (GDPR-compliant, UK region)
These services have their own privacy policies. We do not control their practices.
5. Your Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access your data — request a copy of your profile and drafts
- Correct your data — update your profile anytime via dashboard
- Delete your data — cancel your subscription; data deleted within 30 days
- Export your data — request a downloadable copy
- Object to processing — withdraw consent; service will be terminated

6. Cookies
TIE uses minimal cookies:
- Session cookies: Keep you logged into your dashboard

7. Children's Privacy
TIE is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a minor's data was collected, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of TIE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
